This supply of goods agreement should be used where the trader is either selling goods:
- in their store
- over the phone or
- at some other location (for example, the customer's premises).
These terms can be used with both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Note, however, that full terms are not required pre-contract for selling everyday goods to consumers (e.g. groceries, clothes). These terms should not be used when the trader is supplying services or a mixture of goods or services.
These terms include a front sheet with order details and terms and conditions. The terms and conditions can be displayed on the trader's website but are not designed to include goods sold through the website.
